People InSync’s principal, Mike Wilson, has had vast experience in practical HR delivery over the past twenty years and more.  A business savvy, hands-on senior HR executive, there’s not much in the HR space he hasn’t seen.

Particular strengths lie in making HR information systems deliver to their potential, and in ensuring employee benefit programs and performance management systems are aligned with business and employee expectations.

With a broad background in transport infrastructure, financial and professional services, distribution and logistics, retailing, education, and public health, Mike has successively applied his skills across diverse sectors applying previous learnings to new situations.
